01Who we are

PAZARYOLU is a print-on-demand e-commerce business that sells products through its Etsy shop and website (pazaryolu.store). The PAZARYOLU Otomasyon application ("the app") is an internal tool that we operate to market our own product listings on Pinterest.

The app is used only by us, the operator. It does not onboard, serve, or process data on behalf of any third party, customer, or member of the public.

02What data the app accesses

Through the Pinterest API, using our own authenticated Pinterest business account, the app accesses:

• Our own boards and the Pins that the app creates on them;
• Analytics for our own Pins - impressions, clicks, saves, and outbound clicks.

Through the Etsy API and our own Etsy shop data, the app reads our own product listings and shop statistics to decide which listings to promote.

The app does not access other Pinterest users' Pins, boards, profiles, or personal data. It reads only data belonging to our own account.

03How we use the data

• To create and publish Pins to our own Pinterest boards;
• To schedule and organize our own marketing content;
• To measure the performance of our own Pins so we can improve our marketing.

The data is used for no other purpose.

04Storage & security

Access tokens and API credentials are stored securely and are used only to call the Pinterest and Etsy APIs on our own behalf. We never sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed to produce our internal performance reports.

05Third-party services

The app relies on the Pinterest API and the Etsy API, and uses them in accordance with the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Terms and Etsy's API terms. Where we add tracking parameters (such as UTM tags) to links on our own Pins, this is standard marketing analytics for our own campaigns.

06End users & your rights
